Most likely scenarios chosen were:
Nuclear explosion somewhere in America triggered by terrorists.
Major electrical grid outage caused by terrorists or a computer hacker.
Widespread financial meltdown that leads to sustained social unrest.
More than twice as many Republicans as Democrats said catastrophe is likely, which means either Republicans are overly pessimistic or Democrats have their heads firmly stuffed somewhere the sun don’t shine.
