      My son’s an air marshall, and to put your mind at ease, the flight will be 99.9% boring and uneventful 😀 He’s reassured me of that for every flight I’ve taken since he became a Flying Rambo in 2002. Now bird strikes and mechanical problems, he tells me, I’m on my own 😀

        Now if I only did not have to wait so long for them to go see all those OTHER people they’re related to in this neck of the country. LOL

    I liked the David Limbaugh article.
    Did you see where the CEO of Caterpillar said Obama gets an F on business?

    Also, I don’t know if any of you follow the White House Insider stuff that Ulsterman writes on Newsflavor, but the one I read today is chilling. Who knows what credibility it deserves but there is an account of a deliberate attempt to blow up the economy so Obama would be elected in 2008. I can’t stop thinking about it. I will see if I can find the link.

        I dunno what to make of WHI … if he’s Deep Throat or a Dem double agent or what. I’ve been taking his stuff with a pound of salt, trying to get a sense of the man behind WHI more than assuming his reportage is accurate. He seems to be a dyed in the wool Democrat. He tends to put party first, way ahead of country and has nothing but nothing good to say about Republicans.

        about the power struggle between Daley and Jarrett is hysterical. It also reads very true to what I’ve observed of human nature since childhood … school cliques, university politics, office politics, etc.

        It’s worth waiting on the STUPID POP UP ADS to read. (I wonder if the owners of the site realize how much those ads diminish my desire to believe what they print?)
