It’s also my baby’s 18th birthday.
Hope Monkey Baby emerges soon, but I hope not on April 1. I was so afraid of having baby #4 on April 1 that I ended up bowing to pressure from my doctor, who wanted me to schedule the birth (I was having a repeat c-section) and not just wait for labor to start. I resisted for a long time, even though I was past my due date, because my first three kids had all chosen their own birthdays and I didn’t see why #4 should be any different. But fear of an April Fool’s Day birthday made me finally cave.
