Obama’s Father’s Day pic featured the _Resident running with a … GASP! … High Capacity Assault Weapon. And his dd in the swimming pool has one too! Oh. My. Liberal. Goodness. What next?! If they took those things to school or even mentioned owning them, never mind posting pics on the interwebz!!, they’d be suspended!

Wow … Miss Utah really screwed the pooch.

    • Maybe she was just nervous and her mind went blank? I’m trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. She does look like a total imbecile, though. If I were from Utah I’d be pretty embarrassed that that was the best my state could do.

Phew. As bad as Miss Utah was, Miss South Carolina still holds the title for Worst Answer Evah!

I can’t help wondering if these women AND their parents, coaches and agents all went to same wretched schools. I mean … they got to NATIONALS without having decent prepared answers on these very predictable topics? Sheesh.

    • That’s what I can’t figure out — why they mess up such predictable questions, when they’ve had so long to prepare for them.

And it’s not like any of them haven’t been in many, many pageants. This level of competition isn’t for beginners! I saw a comment at Twitchy abouthow we should cut her some slack, because it’s hard to talk in front of millions.

Sorry, dude. That is the WHOLE POINT of the competition. The winner will be doing this stuff FOR A WHOLE YEAR. If she can’t answer a simple, predictable question, then she isn’t going to be a good Miss USA. Duh.

I was in the Miss Teen Ithaca pageant. We had tougher current events questions than these!
