    Iowa City man may be first in state to actually sign up at the Zerocare site. It only took him 3 days and 100 tries. Even then, he wasn’t sure he’d been successful until his new carrier, CoOportunity Health, called to congratulate him on becoming the company’s first customer to sign up via the public system.
