   Above are the schmucks who got what was coming to them. On the other side is the story of an old man who made a split-second and heroic decision that saved a little girl’s life … and got him trampled by a runaway race horse. Kleenex alert.

   Well, we have learned a nice, efficient way to cut food stamp/welfare payouts — more that 12,000 will lose their benefits because of the theft. I like it. I really like it.
