I was looking out my window this morning and was stunned to see two baby squirrels frolicking and a pair of starlings, a pair of cardinals and two pair of blue jays gathering food for their nestlings! That was just in my front yard and the two houses across the street!

We’re getting some warming here too. The snow is almost gone, at least in places that get sunlight… the snow in the woods behind my house will be there for a lot longer.

I have a sunburn from working outside all day. I had to mow the lawn and then water it and then drink 2 Gatorades. And it’s only March. Nyah nyah! 😀

MOW? Our “lawn” is a sodden mass of mud, mattred grass and half melted snow. LOL

It’s true. It’s now summer in Colorado. But “summer” can be interrupted at any time with blizzards, even in July. So there’s that.
