Matt Walsh is a wonderful writer, but I think he really out-did himself with this one. He got a snarky email claiming the Bible proves that Jesus was a liberal and Satan was a conservative. Walsh blasts every point out of the water with Bible-based evidence.

I haven’t heard of witch hazel since I was a little girl! I’m going to try it for sunburn next time I get one. By the way, I was with a doctor friend last week who told me that tanning and burning are 2 different processes. He said to help prevent sunburn, take an Alleve when you are putting on your sunscreen. The anti-inflamatories in it will help protect against the burn. The Aleve lasts most of the day, but ibuprofen will do the same thing, but you would need to take it every 3 hours to get the same benefit.

Matt Walsh is really good at stating his case! Thanks! I noticed the very first commenter complained that he was rude and divisive. Must have hit a nerve….

Leftists define “rude and divisive” as anything to the right of “Yes! Yes! You’re totally brilliant and I totally 100% agree with every one of your positions!”

Plus, the guy he was responding to was not merely rude and divisive, but also mean-spirited and deceptive and hypocritical.

In context, I give Matt kudos for being more wry than rude and more clear than hypocritical. If defending one’s beliefs is divisive, then so be it. I’m done lying down before the god of political correctness.
