    Fiorina did a great job under trying circumstances, but boy howdy I was again reminded why the only thing missing from Katey Couric’s outfit was a Communist armband. All these MSM rejects are so-o-o deep in the propaganda machine they can’t even believe anyone could possibly disagree with their positions on anything, as was made clear in the four different ways Couric tries to bait Fiorina with her AGW “gotcha” question.
