Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis, who has for weeks been denying marriage licenses to same-sex couples, told a fiery crowd of religious supporters on Saturday that “God is alive, and he is on the throne.”
The comment drew cheers from thousands who packed the back lawn of the state Capitol in support of Davis and other Kentucky clerks who have ceased providing marriage licenses since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June that all couples have a fundamental right to marry.

The latest: A federal judge now says that Hillary did, in fact, violate policy by keeping emails on her own server. What’s more, looks like not only her server, but the devices used by her aides were also scrubbed or destroyed.
The FBI is involved. Do people get this? A presidential candidate is under criminal investigation. Her claims about the emails are demonstrably false. She is going to survive.

Here’s what I don’t get: the Obamas and the Clintons hate one another. Obama resented Bill being “the first black president” and his quote “a couple years ago this guy would be serving us coffee.” Bill resents BO playing the race card in SC and railroading his wife to the sidelines through Machiavellian campaign shenanigans in 2008. And they couldn’t have more different personalities, they’re like fire and ice.
So if that’s the case, why doesn’t the Clinton camp spill the beans on where Obama’s bodies are buried? At what point will they finally say “F it” and go scorched-earth on his ass? His phony BC, his fraudulent college applications and student records, Michelle’s divorce proceedings, his Connecticut SS # for Harrison J. Bounel, the dozen or so murders, all of it. It’s out there, we all know about it, so how far can they push-push-push Bill and Hillary before the pushback?

The answer, Johnson argues, is simple: weighted voting, where black votes count for more than white ones. Specifically, Johnson suggests giving each black person five-thirds of a vote, to reverse the old three-fifths compromise written into the U.S. Constitution.

Since whites can never atone for White Privilege, let’s give our friends in the black community Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Wall it off and call it New Africa, a Xanadu where the black community can thrive and prosper without oppressive interference from the White Devil.
I’m confident that within three to four years New Africa would surpass the GDP growth of the U.S.A., and would cultivate a society based on principles of harmony and understanding. Their progeny would thrive and their legacy endure. Cure for cancer, anyone?

Right before the last gubernatorial election the lady behind me in a grocery store checkout lane, apropos of nothing, started proselytizing for Brown to me and the checkout girl. I asked her if she’d ever voted for a Republican in her life; she sneered at me.
To Democrats, nearly all of whom are atheists, politics is their religion. Let’s ask Chrissy to renounce Catholicism and we see what we’re up against. It’s not fact-based, it’s faith-based, and an integral part of their very substance and being.
I have a clip of Brown being interviewed last month, asking in shock and disbelief if we “want to let the oil companies set the prices for their product?!?”, or if we believe, as any sane person would, that the government should control the prices. In other words, classic Communism. Unfortunately we’re at a point in our nation where I fear the majority truly believe Big Guv knows best.
