Perhaps we could take a lesson from our past to address the current immigration crisis. Maybe require a minimum four years of military service for all adult illegal immigrants in order to stay in this country and complete qualification for citizenship. Should also apply to the parents of all anchor babies. This would help 1) rebuild our shrinking military numbers and 2) reduce future illegal immigrant inflow by putting a price tag (4 years of service) on entering the country illegally.
