On Sunday, Chick-fil-A stepped up to help fliers who were stranded after a fire knocked out the power at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta.
One tweeter who was there said, “Hartsfield looks like a war zone. People sleeping on the floor, fighting mostly civilly over outlets, elderly people and small children struggling with stairs.”
Chick-fil-A is famously closed on Sundays, because its Christian founder felt strongly that he and his employees needed one day a week that was reserved for rest, worship, and time with family and friends.
