   PLEASE post the URL if you can find out where to donate! I googled, but all the hits went back to the FOX article, which doesn’t seem to have the info about HOW to donate.

     The yahoo link I read from Drudge makes it seem as though she recently signed the bill, and that the website for donations is not up yet but is in the works.

   Because I am an Anglophile to the core, I loved this part of the story:

   “[The judge’s] son dialed 999 using a mobile phone, wrapped him in warm clothing and gave his dad a cup of tea.”

   If you obscured all the names and locations from the story, you would be able to tell where it happened just from that paragraph!
