IMMIGRATION: In 2025, 76 gay and trans Americans filed for asylum in The Netherlands and most or all were rejected. Under the 1951 Refugee Convention and Dutch law, asylum requires a well-founded fear of persecution. The Dutch asylum system grants protection to LGBTQ individuals from countries like Iraq and Afghanistan, where persecution is documented and state-sanctioned. Citizens of the U.S. don’t qualify, not even the ones who claimed they were being excluded from military service and sports competitions. The Dutch told the latter that these situations “may be unpleasant and horrible, but it’s not seen as persecution in the eyes of Dutch immigration officials.”
JOBS REPORT: The Bureau of Labor Statistics’ March report shows the Trump economy added 178,000 jobs, making March the best month in well over a year. In addition, wages have continued to climb past the rate of inflation.

One of the guest speakers was an Illinois abortionist Keith Reisinger-Kindle. His inclusion should raise giant red flags about the priorities of ACOG, given that in 2023, Reisinger-Kindle was fined and reprimanded by the Illinois state medical board for seriously injuring a patient during an abortion.
According to reports, he perforated her uterus and left half of her aborted child’s remains inside. A surgeon who cared for her in the ER said it was ‘the worst thing’ he had ever seen at surgery. Yet, the Illinois PTBs only fined him $5K and required him to take 20 hours of continuing medical education. He still operates an abortion business in central Illinois.
To add insult to the injuries he inflicted on the woman, when she filed a lawsuit against him, he demanded the court identify her publicly by name.
