MAHA: This is well worth your time. [11:29] – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) involves doing your cardio hard enough to pant, then slowing down until breathing is normal, then repeating. When I am at the gym, I like to warm up on the elliptical by going backwards, which uses different muscles than forwards. When I’m ready, I switch to forward and go as hard as I can until I’m panting, then I get off the machine and walk around on the floor until I’m breathing normally. Then, I do one of the weight machines to improve my bone density, an important consideration at my age. After my reps, I repeat the elliptical and cool down walk, then move on to another machine and repeat until I’m done.

1A: LifeWise Academy, an off-campus student prayer group, has dropped its lawsuit against Everett Public Schools (Washington) after the Board agreed to undergo religious liberty training, issue a public written apology for its actions, pay $275,000 in attorney’s fees, and make changes to the District’s policies governing religious activities. LifeWise was represented by First Liberty Institute.
A 1952 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, Zorach v. Clauson, ruled that teaching the Bible during the public-school day is constitutional and therefore legal in all 50 states provided it occurs off school property, its privately funded, and parent permitted. LifeWise met all these requirements, yet the Everett School District singled them out for “onerous regulation and hostile remarks.”
LifeWise was barred from participating in community events and displaying its flyers; LifeWise students were required to conceal any written materials they received from LifeWise in a sealed envelope inside their backpacks; and parents had to reauthorize their kids’ participation every single week.
Everett Public Schools board member, Charles Adkins, accused LifeWise of engaging in an “effort to turn our nation into a fascist theocracy,” and publicly declared at a board meeting, “I want to make it very, extremely, abundantly clear, that yes, I do in fact hold animus toward LifeWise Academy.”

He was arrested while trying (and failing) to shoot up a Hindu temple outside of Chicago. While being held without bail, he will be provided with his gender transition drugs and injections. Not surprisingly, he is also suffering from ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
CALIFORNICATION: The state’s voter list has more than 20,000 “likely noncitizens” registered to vote. The DOJ gave them 48 hours to review the names to determine whether any citizens were on the list. California refused, so the DOJ has asked the court for an emergency order requiring California to sequester ballots returned by the suspected noncitizens and verify their citizenship status. Gov. Newsome is, not surprisingly, claiming that President Trump wants to disenfranchise voters. Well yeah … the ones who are not U.S. citizens and have no right to vote!
