I had no idea about this! And speaking of “fibs” – I was reading some summaries of Gov. Palin’s e-mails today. Do you guys remember a year or so ago there was a story being told all around (maybe someone was making the rounds trying to sell a book) that when Pres. Bush was told that John McCain had selected Sarah Palin as his running mate, his response was “Who is she?” Well, in her e-mails she talks about discussing the vice presidency with George Bush when she was in D.C. in the spring of 08. I don’t mean to imply that it was Geo. Bush who was fibbing, but whoever started that tale. I wish I could remember more of the details.

I doubt anyone who had been following politics was unaware of Governor Palin. She was famous for getting the Crooked Bastards Club (CBC) put behind bars. And until McCain tapped her, she was something of a darling to the Left, since the CBC was all Republican scum bags.
