My Post-Independence Day Happy Dance Post

This is why we keep on keeping on.

Mama Buzz went up on a hill with her tripod to photograph the fireworks on their base. She snapped 800 pics! This is the best of them all.

    We could not even find any fireworks! Our town had them early, which we did not even know (need to start reading the local papers). Chicago cancelled theirs years ago due to cost and security and the town we use to live in cancelled due to power outages. Parades were cancelled due to heat index.
    Had to watch them on TV
    What a bummer!
    Glad SOME people enjoyed the fireworks.
    But I got to fly old glory on my new flag pole.
    That was worth it!
