A really special kind of stupid

A 40-year-old man stole a $23 cell phone from a patient in an isolation ward in Uganda two weeks ago. He now has the Ebola virus that had hospitalized the phone’s owner.

Symptoms inclue rash, diarrhea, vomiting, bleeding and death. You really gotta wonder about a guy who had access to an isolation ward being THAT DUMB, KWIM? This is what these people have to wear to go in those places!
