It’s a cold,windy day in Northern Illinois.DW is off to her BFF’s to play Yahtzee.She took her loaded dice with her so she plans to win.I’m watching old westerns on cable.What with the news being wall-to-wall coverage of The Great Immaculation Part Deux until Monday,the small fortune I pay for all the pay cable channels are worth every penny.I’m really trying to find enough good news for a feel-good grudge,but its really hard coming up with much.It’s too bad we don’t all live close enough to have a potluck or something.

This woman was bipolar.Instead of taking her to a medical facility,they jailed her overnight then dropped her off at the Robert Taylor Homes.For those not familiar,Robert Taylor is the most run-down,crime infested hellhole in the city.This white woman was repeatedly raped,then thrown out a seventh story window.Thats how the homies deal with problems.
The city also paid $10 million to a man who spent 26 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit because the police withheld exculpatory evidence.
Chicago ain’t my kind of town.

Obama has been rated as the 4th best president ever:
Washington, Lincoln, Reagan and 7 others tied for first,
15 presidents tied for second,
18 tied for third,
and Obama came in fourth.
