Every year thousands of Muslim women die at the hands of family under the cloak of “honor killing.”
As awful as this is, this latest one rises to a whole new level of evil.
A 21-year old man recently claimed credit for murdering his 18-year old pregnant sister, saying he had committed the “honor killing” because the unwed sister had shamed the family.
Further investigation revealed that the girl had become pregnant when her drunken brother raped her. When she refused his command to get an abortion, he stabbed her to death.
