Rice has no regret, bless her little black heart. I remember Carter being asked what his biggest regret was for his entire administration. He said not sending an extra helicopter on that failed rescue. Four years of the (until now) worst presidency in modern history and, with 20-20 hindsight, he can’t think of anything better than that?!
