Lives for Votes
Our president has surrendered our security, our sovereignty, and our peace, all for the fraudulent votes of people who will protect him and his kind for generations to come. Honest to goodness – in downtown Richmond, the poor ladies who work down there have to wear hose and regular shoes and a blazer all summer long. If they have that kind of requirement for receptionists in Richmond, surely we can hold our representatives in DC to at least that standard.
I live across the street from the University of Richmond – a private, very expensive place. For some reason it is a mecca for kids from NY, NJ, and PA. I often run into groups of kids and their parents who are on a tour – prospective students. You just would not believe what some of them wear – both the kids and the parents. They look like they have camping on the Appalachian trail in 100 degree weather for the past month.
I got a note from one of the admissions directors at a school I visited with my daughter, telling me how much she stood out because of her appropriate attire, her manners, and her ability to engage the adults in the office. She is a great kid, but still…what they must see every day!
