    “The Coptic Christians murdered by ISIS yesterday were murdered on the shores of Tripoli. el-Sisi bombed them in Derna. Derna is the site of America’s first victory on foreign soil. As much as ISIS was sending a message to Egypt, I wonder if they were also sending America one, too. Very significant location.”
