The news stinks and I’m feeling the emotional after effects of my little poodle being attacked yesterday by a neighbor dog who slipped his leash. (The owner is paying the vet bill.)
Afterwards, I ate too much and watched too much television, then had bad dreams. Today, I realized I totally forgot to feed the fish too.
But … Daisey seems to be doing well today. The holes in her butt have scabbed over and she takes her meds. I have to dress her wounds as per vet instructions … as soon as I can wrap my mind around the idea.
Like I said, I need some funny.
