I’ve got a busy, tiring day ahead … gotta run to the lab for a blood draw in preparation for the kidney doctor, then go do our Big Shop in Ithaca where we can get organic. It’ll be great to get some fresh produce in the house. We haven’t done a Big Shop in 3 weeks and we’re down to the lasts-forever staples like oatmeal and pasta.
Since we have to get ready to go pretty soon, I’m just going to throw up some feel goodies I have had in my on-deck folder for eons.
