    Happy Thanksgiving! I’m starting to think about getting ready (maybe a little behind schedule here!) about feeding the 20 adults and 5 kids who will arrive tomorrow afternoon. You know that old Christmas song that has the phrase “kids from 1 to 92”? That will be us tomorrow. Except the youngest is not yet one. I will be thinking about all of you, when I have a chance to think!

    All of my kids are out of town at the moment — two in Illinois, one in Pennsylvania — except for my middle daughter, and since she and her husband will be celebrating Thanksgiving with his family, this will be the first time in forty years that my husband and I will be alone on Thanksgiving. I’m still recovering from having been sick all last week and have zero energy, so I’m thankful that I have to make dinner for only two people. 🙂

      We’re just us two also, but I’m still sick, so not sure anything much will happen food-wise. But maybe I’ll rally and do something with that gorgeous organic turkey breast. I need something for all that fermented cranberry sauce I made 2 months ago! LOL

    Just have a turkey TV dinner and enjoy being together.Our only guest will be her son,who is single,but the others will be around to scarf up the leftovers.
