  1. $9 billion? That’s spooky. 👻

Well, I’ve been doing my part. I bought a couple of bags of candy corn at Aldi’s – old-fashioned flavor, not like the Brach’s & others these days.

Also bought a rubber mask at Wal-Mart — a big unicorn head, in which no one should trick-or-treat or even try to move quickly, because you have to look out through the mouth and nostrils of the snout, several inches in front of you.

It was the haunting blue eyes that sold me.

I put it on in the store and walked around a bit. Right away, a little kid sitting in a cart giggled. An ol’ gal on a handicapped cart laughed. The woman ahead of us in line at checkout was amused.

Then the kid checking says, “You’ll want to wash that out, because, you know, head lice, kids have been trying these on.”

    😒
