I googled Zakaria’s claim that 75% of asylum seekers meet the criteria. This is based on the highest rate, which is in New York courts; in Atlanta courts, which I gathered is where the lowest rate occurs, only 10% of asylum claims are approved.

He recently revealed what he told the FBI. I.e., that he strongly doubted Paul Manaford was colluding with Moscow on behalf of the Trump campaign and that he had good reason to know.
Mueller’s team never provided the contents of that potentially exculpatory interview to Manafort’s lawyers.
The prosecution is legally required to provide all their evidence to the defense, especially exculpatory evidence. This omission opens a possible door for Manafort to appeal.
