The CDC is now promoting hormone-induced “chestfeeding” by mtf trannies. One of the drugs that biological men use to produce breast milk is an anti-nausea drug called domperidone. Domperidone is not approved for use in the U.S., not even for nausea, because of the increased risk of heart rhythm disorder and cardiac arrest it poses.
In 2004, the FDA specifically warned against women using it to promote lactation, because it can pass into the breast milk. We know next to nothing about its impact on babies nursing off women who use it simply to boost their milk supply. We know even less about its impact on babies nursing off men who use it in combination with other drugs to get their moobs to make milk.

Baby Center has an article stating, “Theoretically, it might be possible for a man to be given enough supplemental hormones (injections of estrogen and prolactin, for example) to induce lactation. But there would be many side effects, and it hasn’t been well studied.” Also, “we don’t know if the milk men produce would be similar, nutritionally and in immunity-boosting components, to the breast milk that women produce.”
Why would any responsible parent want to expose himself or his infant to unknown risks like this? Perhaps the mtf trannie in the photos above give us a clue. He is the same guy who posted photos of himself testing the strength of nipple clamps. He also posted a photo of himself chest-feeding an infant. He’s already put his life at risk to indulge his autogynephilia; why wouldn’t he put his infant’s life at risk to satisfy his nipple fetish?
