- On her NY State disclosure forms, she called it “investment” property.
- In 2020, she applied for insurance on the Norfolk, Virginia property, declaring it “owner-occupied non-seasonal use.“
Meanwhile, Letitia James has been the New York Attorney General since January 1, 2019. The New York Attorney General is required to maintain residency within the state. If the officeholder removes his/her residence from the required territorial limits, the office becomes vacant.
