What A Day!

Any Time the president holds a press conference with the pack of snarling hyenas who refer to themselves laughingly as “journalists” it’s like a swarm of gnats swarming around a bull elephant. With similar results.

That insufferable boor, Jim Acosta finally went a bridge too far and some woman used to using her race as a shield while she hurled insults called Trump the leader of the white nationalists.

Not mentioned at the presser, but shortly afterwards the president asked for and received Little Jeffy Sessions’ resignation.

The left is outraged because he was their insurance policy against any possible prosecution. Trump pointed out that he has the power to fire Mueller and the rest of the inquisitors, but he won’t.

The fascists published the addresses of several Fox News people and Tucker Carlson and his four children had their home surrounded by masked Antifa goons.

So how was your day?

This is CNN

It Could Have Been Far Worse

MELTDOWN: NBC Frets ‘There Is Not a Blue Tsunami,’ Point Fingers at Pelosi, Schumer

Despite the eventual projections that Democrats would retake the House of Representatives on Tuesday night, NBC News was still uneasy, admitting that “Donald Trump and his followers are still intact” and “there is not a blue tsunami” that could be because of the unpopularity of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.

Former NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Brokaw kicked on the spin machine, admitting that “at the end of the day, Donald Trump and his followers are still intact if it stays the way that we’re seeing it right now” with the “big reason” being “the economy…chugging right along.”

CONSIDER THIS:

The losses we suffered could have been staggering, save for a few important factors.

1. The absolutely vile way Feinstein and her bag of bastards went after Justice Brett Kavanaugh. They underestimated how it would galvanize the republican base who saw first hand the way those who feel no low is too low behave.

2. The constant assaults and savage treatment of anyone who they think supports our president. The temper tantrum the left is throwing will continue as long as he’s in office.

3. The kicker: the impending invasion headed toward our southern border revealed the left for who they truly are: amoral slugs who care nothing about American sovereignty and crave open borders as a path to complete one party rule. This, more than anything, I feel, led to minimizing losses in the face of so many republicans in swing districts leaving open seats.

P.S. Bernie was re-elected.

This is HEARTBREAKING!’

‘This is HEARTBREAKING!’ – Van Jones on the ‘INFESTATION of HATRED’ of GOP midterm wins!

Van Jones was almost crying as he said it was “heartbreaking” about the “infestation of hatred” relenting through the Democratic onslaught.

Watch below at about the one minute mark:

Unfortunately, since then it looks like Dems might retake the House, BUT they’re still angry and upset that their blue wave just isn’t as big as they thought it was going to be…

Trump’s tax returns already in Democrats’ crosshairs

Trump’s tax returns already in Democrats’ crosshairs as they take the House

I have an idea why they’re so hot to get their hands on his tax returns. As in any business, you have to show profit and loss on your returns. You need to invest to make your business grow and be profitable. Investiture in land, equipment and personnel are essential. Everybody wants to pay as little in taxes as possible. Donald Trump had many companies that built things. That takes a lot of equipment. In one particularly bad year he took a write off of more than 900 million dollars. All legitimate. What the democrats want is to get their hands on his returns so they can run to one of their many liberal hack judges who will rule these deductions are not allowable. Then they can charge him with not only the back taxes but with years of interest and penalties. That could leave him penniless. That’s my opinion, which along with a dollar will get you a cup of coffee at McDonald’s.

Another Democrat soon to be a chairman, Rep. Jerry Nadler of New York, would go after Trump on family separations at the southern border and gun safety under the jurisdiction of the Judiciary Committee.

“Trump is going to learn that nobody is above the law,” Nadler was quoted as saying by CNN.

Brain Droppings

Some thoughts about last night:

I was pretty disappointed when I got up about midnight and the nightmare of a Speaker Pelosi came to fruition.

But looking at things optimistically, the “blue wave” was nothing more than a minor swell. Sure, they’ll have the chairmanships and the House will resemble a three ring circus, but there’s actually little they can do with such a small majority.

I remember when the Senate was evenly divided 50-50 and Tom Daschle conned Worthless Coward Trent Lott into sharing committee chairmanships. After duplicitous bastard Lincoln Chaffee switched his party affiliation from republican to independent, suddenly Daschle threw away his pretense of charity and demanded leadership in everything. The democrats will have to maintain 100% loyalty, which democrats always seem to do in a way that republicans cannot in order to advance any of their betrayal of comity and general decency.

Brian Kemp is leading socialist race hustler Stacy Abrams in the race for governor of Georgia by more than 3% points, but she refuses to concede, hoping for a massive vote dump … somewhere.

Gillum was not as close to DeSantis as the media let on, which is a pretty common practice for them.

That lunatic bartender, Occasional-Cortex managed to win a seat in congress. Hopefully she can teach them how to make a decent Mojito. She doesn’t know beans about anything else.

McCaskill’s bonus term comes to an end in Missouri.

Never Trumper and Paul Ryan ally, Scott Walker lost his bid for a third term as Wisconsin governor.

Dan Crenshaw, who lost an eye to the Taliban and was the butt of an obscene joke on the unfunny SNL is now a congressman. Somebody should tell those hacks thank you for the attention.

As of this writing, McSally is still leading in Arizona and Jon Tester(D) is behind in Montana.

Some way, somehow, Joe Manchin managed to BS his way into another term, likely his last, in West Virginia.

Diminutive hack Donna Shalala, having destroyed the California university system and finished her tour of the country with Janet Reno in a pickup truck (OK, I made that part up) won outgoing GOP rep Iliana Ros-Lehtinen’s seat in a heavily Hispanic district. She doesn’t speak Spanish, but almost 300,000 Puerto Ricans settled there after a devastating hurricane. She obviously spoke their language: “free stuff…por nada.”

There will obviously be more as the day wears on … please stay tuned.

Here Come The Crazies!

Here Come The Crazies! Nancy Pelosi As Speaker, Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, Elijah Cummings In Leadership Roles

President Trump just got an early Christmas present.

Fox News and NBC called the House at 9:30 pm. EDT, declaring that Democrats have taken control of the chamber. So yes, Trump’s Republican Party has lost control of the U.S. House of Representatives, as predicted, but Democrats could well install Rep. Nancy Pelosi as the new Speaker — and that’s a gift that just keeps on giving.

The 78-year-old Democrat from California, who was House Speaker from 2007 until the GOP took control of the chamber in 2011, is poised to resume that powerful position — and she wants it.

Waters, a career politician once named one of the most corrupt in Congress, has gone off the deep end since Trump’s election. “He claims that’s bringing people together but make no mistake, he is a dangerous, unprincipled, divisive, and shameful racist,” Waters said in February.

Then there’s Rep. Adam Schiff, a true Trump hater who is beloved by the mainstream media.

Then there’s Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), who would be poised to take over the House Judiciary Committee. Nadler could work with Schiff to oversee any attempt to impeach Trump.

Nadler, 71, was on the committee when it voted to impeach former President Bill Clinton, but he said then that the vote was an attempted coup and a “gross abuse” of the impeachment power. He apparently doesn’t think that any more.

Cummings is prepping targets — from the security clearances of Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and former national security adviser Michael Flynn, to digging into how former EPA chief Scott Pruitt was able to keep his job for so long—and the list is getting longer by the week,” Politico reported on Oct. 2.

For Trump, though, losing the House — but getting Pelosi back as a target for 2020 — is a dream come true. And he knows it.

Hate Won…On With The Show

Democrats have nothing to offer but hate and free stuff to the tens of millions of parasites they depend on. It looks like they’ve won the House for the first time in 11 years and, learning absolutely nothing, Nancy Pelosi will bring her heavy handed, dementia-addled rants to the fore once again. The article below predicts what they will do once they take control.

It doesn’t take a genius to know, if you understand these Godless, soulless progs: mire the government with endless investigations; demand Trump’s tax returns  (good luck with that); and fill the new Way and Means Chair position with Auntie Maxine (damn, it hurt to write that) who is determined to impeach Trump for SOMETHING.

Remember, impeachment is a political exercise, not a legal one. With the republicans gaining seats in places like Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, Missouri and North Dakota, this charade will be little more than a sop to the perpetually unhappy who are still longing for revenge over the sting of losing the White House in 2016.

Democrats Just Won the House. Here’s What They Plan to Do First

The first major legislative effort will be an ethics reform package that is expected to incorporate proposals for campaign finance reform, voting rights and ethics and accountability. The bill is still being drafted, but Democrats are expecting it to introduce it early in the new Congress. Other top priorities include infrastructure and reducing prescription drug prices. All of these topics theoretically have potential for bipartisan cooperation, although it remains to be seen whether that will actually come to fruition.

They’re Experts At Stealing Votes

My beloved child bride and I just got back from voting at the little Baptist church down the road. Before we left,a man came in to vote and was told a vote was already cast in his name.He had his most precious right stolen, probably by an illegal. Democrats get the voter rolls for every precinct then drive around casting votes for the rightful people. They’ve been doing it for years. Why not? They never get caught, and if they do it’s after the fact and nothing can be done about it.
They want this election very badly.

They Still Don’t Get It

Donald Trump is the first man we’ve had that makes us feel like he truly has our back. He doesn’t take any crap from a media monolith and the liberal scum they staunchly protect and defend. We defend him as we would defend our own families. Our values and our faith run deep. They have no faith in anything but acquiring power. Mess with him and you mess with us.

Inside the mystery of Donald Trump’s stubbornly loyal political base

One of the most puzzling, enduring and intriguing questions about the Trump presidential phenomenon is how he maintains such a stubbornly loyal political base despite what a majority of Americans regard as overwhelming evidence of his inconsistencies and incompetence.

Says them.

Watching him closely these past three-plus years, I’ve come to some conclusions. He’s the most outrageously confident public person since Muhammad Ali accurately predicted the exact round he’d knock out his next opponents back in the ‘60s.

Many see this as obnoxiously cocky, even when it comes true. Especially when it comes true and denies a Democrat her rightful Oval Office inheritance.

CtH: He wrote rightful … without quotation marks. I checked. ::eyesrolling::

Trump’s base knows all about being denied. For years — decades, really — its members invested their pleas, hopes, dreams, donations and votes in the establishments of both D.C. parties. To no avail.

Now, along comes a most unlikely and imperfect herald, a wealthy New York loudmouth who actually listens to those folks in flyover country, who voices their frustrations and fears about many things, especially jobs and illegal immigration.

At a slew of his rallies this fall, Trump, unlike standard pols, got up with no prompter and riffed for 60 to 70 minutes to a crowd that started lining up a day earlier. Some days, the 72-year-old president did three such mass events in different cities.

A Washington newspaper has taken to collecting Trump’s alleged exaggerations, inaccuracies and lies, now in the thousands by its count.

That’s a kind of daily fact-checking zeal that never occurred to them during Obama’s reign of adoration when, among many things, the Democrat blamed YouTube for the Benghazi deaths and promised Americans 37 times they could keep their doctor and health insurance.

Trump was asked about lying last week by TV reporters unlikely to ever admit exaggerating a story. The president answered bluntly, “When I can, I tell the truth.”

That’s the kind of candid statement that proves to critics he’s unworthy of the office.

And that’s the kind of candid statement that proves to his loyal base that Trump is a human talking to them straight.
