Barack Obama is a complete fraud … always was. A creation of a media obsessed with elevating “the first black president”, he burst on the scene at the 2004 Democrat convention and in four short years was elected president.

But without his teleprompter and carefully worded, self- aggrandizing speeches, he’s nothing more than a petulant juvenile who has had everything done for him.

Now he’s trying desperately to remain relevant while his legacy is dismantled by the only man with the balls and the will to do it.

“In 2010, they said Bill and I were setting up death panels to kill your grandma. Remember that? In 2014 they said Ebola is going to kill all of us, shut the borders,” Obama explained. “In 2016, it was Hillary’s emails. They were all wound up about that. Now, in 2018, they’re telling you the existential threat to America is a bunch of poor refugees a thousand miles away. They’re even taking our brave troops away from their families for a political stunt at the border. And our men and women deserve better than that.”

It’s easy to say that Republicans are trying to scare people into voting for them but the reality is simple: back in 2014, people were very afraid of Ebola. In 2016, Americans were genuinely concerned about Hillary’s emails and the lack of security she had. And now, Americans are worried about what’s taking place on our southern border.

That’s not “fear-mongering.” It’s called being in touch with the average American family.

The sub-headline was baffling, “PRESIDENT Trump surprised a crowd of his supporters at his latest ‘Make America Great Again’ rally by suggesting he could be about to leave shortly after he started speaking.”

I turned to read the piece and immediately knew someone was coo-coo.

The president made a joke at a rally in Estero, Florida. He asked the crowd who had already voted. Many raised their hand indicating they had.

President Trump said, “Wow! Everybody voted already? Then what the hell am I doing here tonight? Goodbye.”

He started to leave, everyone laughed, and he continued his speech.

Once again, the media misrepresented the president. Once again, people saw right through it. Once again, the credibility of the press diminished just a little more.

Dan Crenshaw Fires Back at ‘SNL’ Star Pete Davidson: ‘Vets Don’t Deserve to See Their Wounds Used as Punchlines’

Davidson said during Saturday’s “Weekend Update” segment that Dan Crenshaw, whose photo was displayed, was “kinda cool” but that viewers might be “surprised he’s a congressional candidate from Texas and not a hit man in a porno movie.” He added, “I’m sorry, I know he lost his eye in war or whatever.”

Crenshaw, who is running against Democrat Todd Litton for an open suburban Houston district seat, replied in a tweet on Sunday, saying: “Good rule in life: I try hard not to offend; I try harder not to be offended. That being said, I hope @nbcsnl recognizes that vets don’t deserve to see their wounds used as punchlines for bad jokes.”

Tuesday Will Tell: Blue Wave or Red Tsunami?

It’s true that the major media is uniformly opposed to Trump and his party, but as Rasmussen also notes, they have less sway on voters than they would hope:

The majority of voters believe the media is more interested in creating controversies about candidates than in reporting where they stand on the issues. Voters also think the media is trying to help Democrats in the upcoming elections which helps explain why Democratic voters are much bigger fans of election news coverage than others are.
So who’s peddling the Blue Wave scenario?

I tend to agree with Roger Kimball that it is those who cannot believe they lost in 2016:

If only the Democrats sweep the midterm elections, they say to themselves, then we can put this awful anomaly, this hideous wrinkle in the order of the universe, behind us.

Adam Carolla and Dennis Prager on Dealing With the Left: Don’t Apologize

The Los Angeles Times features a dire outlook for Republicans: “With Democrats well-positioned to take the House, Republicans scurry to save the Senate.” It cast the election as a scramble for the GOP — though it noted Republicans still had a chance to hold the House:

Armed Black Panthers Chant ‘Black Power’ In Georgia As They Campaign For Dem Candidate Stacey Abrams

In a video posted on the group’s Facebook page on Saturday, members of the Black Panther Party are seen marching through the West End neighborhood of Atlanta in support of Democrat Stacey Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign. As they marched, the Black Panthers carried assault rifles and continually shouted slogans such as “black power” and “power to the people.”

What is interesting is that these are people who are not on U.S. soil and people that Trump has taken NO ACTION against yet. How can you act unconstitutionally without acting at all?

CNN Interview Appears To Choose ‘Random’ Rally Goer — Turns Out To Be Andrew Gillum’s Mom

CNN reporter Randi Kaye was conducting interviews at a rally for Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum on Friday when she “randomly” interviewed Gillum’s mother.
“We picked her randomly out of the crowd, but at the end of our interview when I finally asked her name, it sounded strangely familiar,” Kaye claimed in a voiceover.

“My name is Frances Gillum,” the woman told Kaye. “As a matter of fact, my son is running for governor.”

Apparently, earlier this week Shelby Shoup believed it her duty to inform the College Republicans they were supporting Nazis. When College Republicans pointed out she was wearing a communist pin and supported communists, she said, “Yeah, I f*cking am.”
As seen in the video, “She then went on a profanity-laced tirade about fascism and accused the Republican students of ‘normalizing Nazis’ and blaming them for the Tree of Life Synagogue massacre and other incidents. As Shoup stormed away, she kicked a DeSantis sign out of the ground.”

After the video was given to authorities, FSU released a statement saying that Shoup had been arrested.
