Thousands Of Ohio Teens Can’t Get Licenses Because Their Parents Are Illegal Aliens

The Ohio BMV has been sued for discriminating against children of undocumented immigrants by not allowing their parents to cosign on their driver’s license or state ID card applications — even if their children are U.S. citizens.

The denial or delay of a driver’s license or state ID hinders the ability of children of undocumented immigrants “to travel to their places of school and employment, transport other family members, provide identification for purposes of opening a bank account or obtaining employment, and otherwise participate fully in civic life,” according to the 27-page complaint filed Oct. 16.

What A Massive Waste Of Air

Obamas to Make Anti-Trump Netflix Show

Barack and Michelle Obama are working on an anti-Trump Netflix show. The new show will show Obama as a hero and the incoming Trump administration as bumbling rookies.

It will be a fantasy show.

Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama have acquired the rights to adapt Michael Lewis’ book The Fifth Risk as part of their overall deal with Netflix, Deadline reported Wednesday.  Lewis’ book describes the disorder within the Department of Agriculture, Department of Energy, and Department of Commerce that took place during the transition between the Obama administration to the Trump administration.

Netflix in May announced a multi-year deal in which the Obamas would produce shows for the streaming platform.

‘Morning,Y’all

The problem with working nights is that you can’t sleep on your night off. So here I am, ready to waste bandwidth with stuff you either already knew or didn’t care to know.

Almost $600,000 Raised for Justice Kavanaugh Will Help Catholic Youth Programs

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is declining to accept the more than half a million dollars raised in a Go Fund Me campaign during his bruising confirmation hearings, citing ethical concerns. But the North Carolina man who started the effort said the money would go to three Catholic youth programs that Kavanaugh has supported in the past.

Anchor Baby Conundrum

The 14th Amendment originally applied to the children of freed slaves. Trump is probably within his power to sign an executive order banning the anchor baby nonsense. Makes no difference. Restraining orders have already been written by a number of leftist hacks wearing black robes.

Trump considering Executive Order ending Birthright Citizenship for children of non-citizens and illegal immigrants

CNN: “This is what the president wants to be talking about seven days before [the election], and we’re taking the bait.”

“We’re the only country in the world where a person comes in and has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States … with all of those benefits,” Trump continued. “It’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. And it has to end.”

CtH: I tried to research the “only country” thing. There used to be a minority of nations (about 30) that still allowed this, but as far as I could determine, many and maybe all of the others have eliminated it.

‘My Eyes Are Now Wide Open…I Am Distancing Myself From Politics’

Lefties are all aglow … their boy is back on the plantation.

“My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative,” the 41-year-old rapper tweeted Tuesday to his millions of followers

Candace Owens’ statement on the affair

Right before the post, he told his followers that he had “nothing to do with the Blexit t-shirts, referencing a report that surfaced over the weekend about West reportedly being involved with the line of apparel. The term refers to encouraging African-American voters to “exit” the Democratic party, a shortened version of “black exit.”

Kanye is about to release three new styles of sneaker through Adidas. His current Yeezy’s aren’t selling. Now it’s Christmas, and he’s got to make his deal with Adidas work.

Second, on November 23rd comes an album postponed from a few weeks ago called “Yandhi.” The prior album, “Ye,” was a bust. “Yandhi” has to actually sell copies. Right now, he’s lost his base in the black audience and most of the white audience. “Ye” sold 60,000 actual copies, 250K all in with streaming. That doesn’t pay for first class trips around the world.

Keep Pushing Forward, Senator

Actual headline from Legal Insurrection:

Senate Judiciary Committee holds nominee hearings during recess, and Dems are pissed

For all the Democrat complaining, no one is stopping them from attending and asking questions. [CtH: See my extra info below.]

So Senate recess was a time for Republicans to halt the judicial confirmation train from rollin’ down the tracks?

Not.

Before you can get to a floor vote, you need a Committee vote. And before you can get a Committee vote, you need a Committee hearing.

So, the Senate Judiciary Committee has continued to hold hearings on nominees, lining up more Committee votes for just after the midterms.

Nina Totenberg at NRP writes, Trump, Republicans Continue Remaking The Federal Courts — Even As Senate On Recess:

… And now, for the first time, the Senate Judiciary Committee is holding confirmation hearings during a Senate recess, over the objections of the minority party.

CtH: Since the recess is campaign season, I was curious who on the Senate Judiciary Committee might be impacted by these meetings. It turns out that only ONE of the members who is up for re-election is considered an “at risk” candidate. And he’s a Republican. All of the four Democrats running are in races that are “considered safe for the incumbent.” IOW, they could go to the meetings if they wanted to do so.

SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

[BOLD = Incumbents running for re-election, RED = Considered unsafe for incumbent. GREEN: Considered safe for incumbent.]:

REPUBLICANS: Senator Chuck Grassley R-IA; Senator Orrin G. Hatch R-UT; Senator Lindsey Graham R-SC; Senator John Cornyn R-TX; Senator Michael S. Lee R-UT; Senator Ted Cruz R-TX; Senator Ben Sasse R-NE; Senator Jeff Flake R-AZ; Senator Mike Crapo R-ID; Senator Thom Tillis R-NC; Senator John Kennedy R-LA.

DEMOCRATS: Senator Dianne Feinstein D-CA; Senator Patrick Leahy D-VT; Senator Dick Durbin D-IL; Senator Sheldon Whitehouse D-RI; Senator Amy Klobuchar D-MN; Senator Christopher A. Coons D-DE; Senator Richard Blumenthal D-CT; Senator Mazie Hirono D-HI; Senator Cory Booker D-NJ; Senator Kamala Harris D-CA.

Rally ‘Round The Donald, Boys

Most remember, maybe not so fondly, Emperor Barack I rallying the sheeple with cries of racism, hatred and “getting in their faces.” Now, he can’t draw enough people to half a high school gymnasium.

Trump, on the other hand, has drawn massive turn-away crowds since he first began campaigning. The record of those he’s endorsed is pretty impressive.

Trump plans nearly a dozen more rallies before midterms

President Trump plans to hold 11 campaign rallies in seven states in the run-up to the midterm elections.

The president’s schedule includes stops in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Montana, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia.

Trump will be in Florida Wednesday, backing Gov. Rick Scott for the US Senate seat occupied by Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) He’s also endorsed Republican gubernatorial candidate Ron DeSantis over progressive Democratic hopeful Andrew Gillum.

On Thursday, Trump will be in Columbia, Missouri, to support Republican Josh Hawley, who is trying to unseat Sen. Claire McCaskill, the incumbent Democrat.

Money Isn’t Everything

Hillary Clinton spent over $2 billion in 2016. Trump spent $600 million. How’d that work out?

Michael Bloomberg’s PAC Cash Gives Democrats Big Spending Advantage Ahead Of Midterms

Democrats are expected to outspend Republicans on House races this election season thanks in part to a last-minute campaign donation from former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s PAC, The New York Times reported Sunday, citing his adviser.

Democrats are on pace to outspend Republicans — $143 million to $86 million — on television ads for House races. The bulk of that spending came from Bloomberg, who pledged to spend roughly $20 million in House campaign ads in the final week by way of Independence USA, his super PAC, according to the report.

Liberal financier Tom Steyer’s PAC has given over $42 million this midterm election cycle to Democrats and other progressive causes. That number makes him the second highest political donor across the partisan spectrum, behind Republican booster Sheldon Adelson.

Not Even During A Moment Of Silence

They can’t help themselves. They’re completely taken over by a blind hatred they probably don’t even fully understand.

Marsha Blackburn Was Protested During Moment Of Silence For Shooting Victims

As Blackburn took the stage to speak to a crowd of hundreds, she was interrupted multiple times by protesters — each time she was protested, Blackburn supporters drowned out the opposition with a USA chant.

The protests didn’t stop even as Blackburn took a moment to honor the 11 individuals who perished in the Tree Of Life Synagogue the prior day. During the moment of silence, a protester shouted “Marsha Blackburn is a white supremacist,” reported The Tennessean.

“I have never in my life heard of people interrupting a moment of silence so they can have a protest,” Blackburn told WTVF. “I think that’s despicable.”
