Real guns in “toy camo”

This is beyond disturbing.

Real gun in toy camo

Posted: December 6 at Memphis Police Department facebook page – Be aware of REAL “toy guns”!  You won’t find these guns on an aisle at Toys R Us but you can obtain one after getting a background check. These guns LOOK fake but they are NOT.  Please share to make everyone aware that “toy guns” may not be a “toy” after all.  *These guns were not confiscated in Memphis, TN but we want our citizens to know that they do exist*

The Garner Case: It’s not Black vs. White

RACISM The Left's one way street

Those screaming RAAACISM over the white NYPD cop who killed an unarmed black man by keeping him in a chokehold too long need to know two important true facts:

1. The NYPD sergeant supervising the incident was black.
2. At no time did this sergeant tell the white cop to release his chokehold.

Garner’s death clearly needs to be addressed more thoroughly than “the cop didn’t MEAN to kill him”, which is all the Grand Jury was asked to decide. But the family is pursuing a civil law suit and there are surely other PEACEFUL means by which police procedures can be reviewed and improved.

Black Lives Matter - unless they Republicans

My point is that yelling RAAACISM and protesting in the streets has never yet accomplished anything good, though it has clearly led to loss of property and even lives for those caught in the midst of it.

No Al Sharpton for these victims

In fact, vendors and race mongers are the only people I can see who have benefited in any way from the hype of faux racial “causes” like Tawana Brawley (the black “victim” lied), the Duke lacrosse gang rape case (the black “victim” lied), Trayvon Martin (the Hispanic, not white, shooter was acquitted), the Ferguson case (the white shooter was acquitted and Michael Brown did NOT have his hands up), and now the Garner case (the black supervising officer never intervened).

Another narcissistic fool shoots off his mouth

Kanye West is a fool

After reading up on how inflated the Tom Cruise alleged quote was, I was skeptical when I heard Kanye West had likened performing on stage to going to war. So I googled and oh my goodness.

You know … Tom Cruise did NOT say what they claimed he said about movie making being akin to military service in a war zone. I read the transcript. He was being deposed by a hostile lawyer for a lawsuit and the lawyer deliberately pushed him into saying the bit that was then released to the public specifically to make Cruise look like an idiot. But in context, Cruise actually said the opposite of what they claimed. In fact, he scoffed at the very idea that making a movie was anything like serving in the military.

What Kanye West said though … this is like the opposite of the Cruise thing. “Performing is like going to war” doesn’t quite do justice to the narcissistic absurdity of all that Kanye West actually said. The man’s #1 career goal has been to get paid big bucks to have folks pay attention to him and he’s actually got the gall to bitch about paparazzi and public scrutiny. I’m sorry. What part of “Look at me! Look at me!” did you not understand, Kanye?

Plus, gee golly whiz, he thinks the struggles of performing are, “Wow, this is like being a police officer or something, in war or something.” Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Cuz putting one’s life on the line to protect and defend for civil servant’s wages is soooooooooooooo like prancing around on stage for millions of dollars. NOT.

Thanking God for the thin spoked line!

Safety at the GOP convention has been in my prayers for a while now and when it ended without major incident, I was so grateful. Today in my email, I received the below from a bloggy lister. What a great story!!  I hope you’ll take the time to watch, not just read the transcript. It’s a very feel good newscast.

August 30, 2012: How police on bikes intercepted anarchists

UC Davis Pepper Spray – What Really Happened

I got this in email from a friend:

“We all have seen the media coverage of the police pepper spraying the kids at UC Davis, but what really happened before and after that event? This video is 15 minutes long, but it shows all of the events leading up to the pepper spray heard round the world. The news failed to mention that the students had surrounded the police and were threatening them by not allowing them to leave or giving them an exit. They also had been given multiple clear warnings and sometimes even personal warnings of what would happen if they didn’t comply. Funny, I don’t remember hearing that on the news. Seeing this video, I think the police acted in a very professional manner, managing to keep calm…I knew there were two sides to the story, but didn’t think the agenda would be this blatant.”

UC Davis Pepper Spray – What Really Happened @ http://youtu.be/hhPdH3wE0_Y

Same video without text comments @ http://youtu.be/yjXcaoEAkq4?hd=1

Description on the video: This video shows the events leading up to the use of pepper spray by UC Davis police officers. Occupy protesters and the media have sensationalized this story by only showing short clips of the officers spraying the students with pepper spray. This video shows in chronological order how the protesters trapped the police and demanded the release of those they had arrested before they would be allowed to leave.

CtH: What I see is a handful of Leftist agitators surrounded by a bunch of disrespectful, ignorant, spoiled brats who are being used, loser-sheeple-fashion, to instigate an event (pepper spraying) that the Leftist agitators can use to further their agenda at the expense of the rule of law and the kind of calm and respectful society we need if we’re going to have anything good in our lives. Like, say, universities.

What kind of parenting did these class-cutting twerps have? The kind where Mommy and Daddy caved in and gave them whatever they wanted if they yelled loudly enough? The kind where Mommy and Daddy threatened to punish, but never actually did?

If you’re pressed for time, push the slider bar to 12:52. Thirteen minutes into the confrontation, the protesters have been repeatedly told to clear the quad. When police arrested some of them, the crowd moved to surround and menace the much smaller group of officers, yelling that the police could only leave if they let the arrestees go.

The police have given the protesters many, many warnings of the consequences of their behavior, including taking out their pepper spray, announcing what it is and very clearly shaking the cans to show their intent to use it.

At 14:00, one of the agitators is leading the kiddie crowd in a little exercise in mob rule where they surround the police and scream how the police will be PERMITTED to leave.

At 15:00, look how big and loud this crowd is compared with the police, who are backing themselves into a smaller, protective bunch.

Also check out how much laughing and horsing around there is among the students, even after the pepper spraying. My guess is that most of them are just there because a mob on the quad is more fun than classwork.

At 15:44, the Leftist agitator gets them yelling “Look at how they react to peaceful assembly.”

Dear God in Heaven. Peaceful?! Those police behaved very professionally. The students … I’m just glad none of them are MY kids.

Of course, my kids would know better!

Occubagger hits horse in face

I watched this over and over. The blow was very deliberate and carefully planned. Punching a horse in the face is beneath contempt; striking a police officer (which I believe police horses are) is a crime.  I really, really hope they catch this bastard. (Click graphic to embiggen.)
