SCOTUS: The Supremes just handed a historic victory to parents over California’s secret gender transition policies today, ruling 6-3 in Mirabelli v Bonta, and overturning California’s requirement that schools secretly facilitate children’s gender transitions without telling parents. TEXAS: In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Ndiaga Diagne (53, photo) opened fire on an Austin bar. He murdered two people and injured 14 others, before police shot him dead. Diagne was an American citizen born in Senegal (a Muslim-majority nation); a Quran was found in his car. The shooting is being investigated as a potential act of terrorism.
