Funny how the left ignored the Gallup study that the Tea Party are fairly mainstream. Here’s the numbers they crunched last year:

Interesting stats, Denise. Kind of confirms what I suspected. 🙂
I haven’t been to any tea party events, but based on the many video clips I’ve watched of them, everyone involved appeared to be nice, normal, salt-of-the-earth Americans — the kind of person you’d want to have as your next-door neighbor.

I was at the first national tea party event in DC, Sept ’09, and it was an amazing experience. Especially that this was a first time political activist experience for most of the people I met. That should have been the story. Every single person there paid their own way too. In contrast to the left’s events of paid union workers. Even Jon Stewart’s mall event had over 200 buses that Ariana Huffington paid for.
I can’t post this video enough, as I was there that day! And it always keep me inspired and assured I’m not alone 🙂

I graphicked this poll two ways …

I thought it was especially interesting that 7% of the Tea Partiers called themselves Liberal and 8% said they were Democrats.
