      I believe Alabama is actually the 5th? state to do so. This law is a top priority for the National Right to Life group. I’m on a mailing list to get updates. Will keep you posted.

      FABULOUS!! “New Hampshire becomes the 37th state to enact such a law.” This one requires abortionists to notify parents of minors 48 hours before conducting the procedure.
