In 1999, this woman filed charges and got a settlement from the National Restaurant Association AND appeared as a spokesperson for the INS under Clinton. Her 2002 complaint was filed against the INS, but by then, Bush was in office. Hmm. Two Republicans. Makes me wonder if Cain’s real crime was Being Conservative While Black.

Interesting “Flash from the Past” … the Clinton Administration obeyed the court’s decision that the father’s parental rights (and Castro’s whatever) trumped the desire for freedom that the mother had died for. Now, Obama’s BFF and DNC chair thinks Republicans are Just Horrible People for saying ILLEGAL immigration should be a CRIME. Kinda makes my head spin, you know?
