In other words, Democrats are sooooo stupid that they voted for Obama in 2008 because he was Black, but they voted against him in the 2012 primaries because he is Black? Riiiight. Even I don’t buy THAT one! LOL

Maybe they only just discovered that he’s black. I mean, it was hardly mentioned at all during the 2008 campaign, and Barry’s a light-skinned Negro with no Negro dialect unless he wants to have one, so I’m guessing a lot of voters just didn’t notice. They probably thought he was a honky who just spent a little too much time at the tanning parlor.

Nothing gets me madder than my conservative friends who vote for nothing but anti abortion. I know a couple who believe Romney is too pro choice so they are going to go third party. This is so damn stupid I want to smack them. I have warned them over and over about the importance of the next four years and the Supreme Court, but they say they will not vote against their principles.
To me, abortion is not a national issue. It is personal. And to the presidency it should be irrelevant.
What is most ridiculous about all this. If Obama gets 4 more years, he can load up the court with libs, and they could then indeed change abortion laws, just as they did with roe v wade. How anyone who is pro life cannot see this logic is beyond me.

My church teaches that, given no good choices, the MORAL choice is the LEAST BAD one. I definitely do NOT consider depriving Romney of a vote to be the most moral choice for any true Pro-Lifer.

No candidate is perfect — can we just stipulate that right at the start? I’ve listened all those vapid arguments about not voting for the lesser of two evils, because you’re still voting for evil, and so on ad nauseam… For some reason these twits never notice that the third-party candidate they’re voting for is also imperfect. Given that Jesus Christ is not going to be on the ballot, we WILL be voting for someone imperfect (unless we just stay home and don’t vote at all). I’m sick to death of people who are just too pure of heart to vote for a viable less-than-perfect Republican over a truly horrible Democrat because the Republican isn’t everything they want him or her to be. What a bunch of ninnies. If the right to life is so important to these folks, shouldn’t their first priority be to get rid of the most pro-abortion, pro-infanticide president that the United States has ever had?

Trying to get some work done in the real world (such as it is) can cause significant blog backlog (almost 2000 posts, not all of them from the past few days, but all recent). And this is after I’ve cleared way several of them. Seems I get at least two days behind in the news for every day I miss. Three, if I’ve been listening to the news on the radio.
