Hillary IS the war on women

There are audio files of a recent radio interview with Kathleen Willey, who was sexually assaulted by President Clinton and then targeted for destruction by the Clinton machine.

One thing jumps out at me from my own experiences. I attended a weekend retreat for survivors of ministerial sexual abuse, which is similar to what Clinton did in that the power differential between the predator and prey is SO great.

We were a mixed group, which the presenter said was normal. Catholics have no corner on sexual abuse. They just have a big, easily identifiable organization for lawsuits and a Leftie media that loves to blat about anything that makes Catholics look bad.

We raised our hands by denomination at the beginning and it was very close to the national breakdown percentages. We were all adult females, but one of our number had been sexually abused by a female minister. So really … a mixed group.

Everyone’s stories were heartbreaking and one woman never did tell her story because she cried the entire weekend. My story is pretty shocking, but one woman’s story floored me. She was the wife of a minister who was assaulted in her hospital bed by a colleague of her husband!

What Kathleen Willey says is really similar. She was distraught and went to a man she considered a friend for advice and he sexually assaulted her. It’s hard to wrap your head around the idea that some men are turned on by women who are in a particularly weak and vulnerable place in their lives.

  1. Hillary was certainly the Enabler in Chief. The *serial* enabler. I have a feeling she’s not done helping monsters screw over vulnerable people.

The thought of these two, back in the white house, just makes my skin crawl.
I am so glad that I can make that statement without being censored here, like I was at that other site where we all met.
I wonder what happened to the boy(z)?

Kathleen is from Richmond and went to the same high school that I attended, though she is several years (at least!) older. Maybe as much as 10 years older than I am. It was big time gossip around here back when her story first came out, with some believing her, and some not. I do remember the reports of bad things happening at her house, which I believe was quite secluded. It was sad, really. Her husband was a prominent lawyer, the son of a state legislator, and I can’t remember what exactly it was that caused a quick change in their circumstances. I had forgotten that it was the same day as the assault by Clinton that her husband committed suicide. I hope he did not do it as a response to the assault.

    • I wouldn’t count on it. Having your wife assaulted by a powerful man who cannot be touched is as close to hopeless as it gets for a man. So sad.

      • But this is just another example of the horrible human wreckage that Bill and Hillary have left in their wakes. I think of Hillary working so closely with Vince Foster (even having a rumored affair with him), and then not even pausing to give his wife a call when he was killed. And Bill ruining so many lives while he has so much fun in the spotlight. As GP said above, it just makes your skin crawl.

I can’t remember if he ever knew about it, though. There were financial issues, and maybe something about his law practice. She had gone to Clinton to see about a paying job – to help out with the situation. It may be that the suicide happened while she was in D.C. – I just can’t remember all the details. In any case, it was a terrible thing.
