May 27, 2015 – Muslim clerics met in Beirut and agreed that the “cancerous tumor” known as Israel is a “root cause of economic, political and cultural problems facing Muslim nations in recent decades.” They brushed off criticism of terrorist activities as only serving “the Israeli scheme” and said that destroying Israel and “countering the arrogant world” should be the two main priorities for “resistance clerics.”
