When Debbie Wasserman-Schultz was asked about this, she said, “We are the party of diversity. The Republicans are essentially the party of a monolithic view that is narrow-minded.”
The GOP 2016 presidential candidates include a black man (Ben Carson); a woman (Carly Fiorina); an Hispanic (Ted Cruz); a Cuban American (Marco Rubio); and an Indian-American (Bobby Jindal).

Hard to measure incompetence in that job. Was Howard Dean incompetent? Being a lunatic may be the only way to be successful when representing a Party that is profoundly contra-reality.
