Obama DOE: Schools Must Offer Mixed Sex Showers
The Obama Department of Education has ordered the Palatine school district to allow a male transgender student into the girls locker room and showers.
I HEARD SOME PARENTS INTERVIEWED ON A CHICAGO RADIO STATION.THEY’RE UNDERSTANDABLY PISSED.
The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has ordered a taxpayer-funded school district in the suburbs of Chicago to allow a male transgender student who dresses like a girl and otherwise identifies as female to use the girls locker room and shower on school premises.
The feds delivered the edict against Township High School District 211 in Palatine, Ill. on Monday, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The Department of Education has given the school district one month to let the student use the girls locker room. If the district does not capitulate, it risks losing federal funding.
The Department of Education’s civil rights division made its Title IX ruling after a two-year investigation using a “preponderance of evidence” standard.

Rarely do I come across anything on the ‘Net that truly surprises me, but about a week ago it was revealed to me that kids don’t shower after gym class at school anymore. When I was in HS back in the 70s it was mandatory, but I guess it’s become a bygone tradition, and I had no idea.
I don’t remember a lot of naked teasing, but I suppose in these hyper-sensitive and over-sexualized times that school boards would rather not open this particular can of worms. Most PE activity doesn’t really leave one drenched in sweat anyway, so I sort of get it.
And the whole tranny issue is just the final nail in the school shower coffin.

Only about 30 percent of the city’s fourth graders were proficient in math, according to the results of the 2015 National Assessment of Educational Progress. That figure was only 25 percent for eighth graders. For fourth grade reading, only 27 percent of Chicago students scored proficient, and that number dropped to 24 percent for eighth graders, according to Catalyst Chicago.

For the first time ever, a majority of Democrat voters view Socialism favorably.
The man currently running a distant second for the Democratic presidential nomination, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, is a self-declared socialist, and most of his party’s voters now have a positive view of socialism. They are almost evenly divided as to whether they like capitalism or socialism more.
The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on October 26-27, 2015 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage point with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC.

Daily Beast: Obama, Hillary Toying With ‘Civil War’ Over Gun Confiscation
The Daily Beast theoretically agreed that “confiscation on a massive scale” may be “the only way to solve American gun violence,” but they pointed out that it was not realistic and suggested Hillary risks causing irreparable divisions by talking about confiscation then mocking gun owners as conspiracy theorists waiting for “black helicopters” to come take their guns away.
According to The Daily Beast, confiscation was workable in Australia because there was no Second Amendment and the government only had to take 650,000 guns. That is a far cry from the “350 million” believed to be in Americans’ hands.

Woman Held on Felony Charges After Trying to Run Over Cop During Traffic Stop
Auburn Hills, Michigan police released dashcam video this week involving a traffic stop around 2 a.m. October 23 that shows a policeman being run over by a car driven by a woman resisting and then fleeing arrest for a misdemeanor offense of driving on a suspended license. The woman now faces several felony charges and is being held on $75,000 bond after being arrested at her home later that morning.

en. Ted Cruz blasted one nominee for associate attorney general Wednesday for his participation in a Department of Justice scheme called “Operation Choke Point,” a program that resulted in alleged attempts to run businesses the Obama administration deems undesirable into failure.

Latausha Nedd is supposedly committed to “justice” because “the systematic killing of black people has to be addressed.”
The only evidence of these alleged cop atrocities are selectively edited videos and false witness statements that ignore the context of the shootings.
And the only truly systematic killing of black people that I can see in this country is due to gang violence (much of it black-on-black) and black women aborting black babies.

From that police dash cam video, it appears that there are sidewalks on both sides of the street. If I were the cop, I would have suggested to the crazy chicken-dancing lady that maybe she should use the sidewalk for her performance art, rather than doing it in the middle of the street.
Also, that little off-the-cuff sermon by the Rev. Stumbo was really excruciating to watch.
