Okay – This is a cut and paste from a comment at Conservatives4Palin. The guy who wrote this has retired from 42 or maybe he said 46 years at the DOJ. He is ready to come out of retirement to work with Rudy Guliani on this after the election He has been talking about this since the weekend, and has made a lot of sense. I think it is all too delicious to be true, but he has said consistently that the previous investigation that concluded in July was a forensics investigation, and that this new one is a criminal investigation. For what it is worth:
Here is how it is working:
1. Wiener got a plea deal and turned over the laptop; the FBI and USA eastern district has cloned the laptop and sent the original to WV labs for analysis; the other laptop clones have been distributed to the other USA districts investigating the foundation activities; at least 1 clone went to the SEC
2. Huma has been cut out of the Clinton inner circle but still retains ties to the Clinton lawyers; she has not been interviewed since she is a target — she never had USSS protection; she is loosely monitored about her activities only
3. Additional warrants are being sought to investigate other devices
4. The IT geeks that set up the email server are talking to their lawyers in rapid fire — wondering if there is still a possibility of plea dealing
5. Hillary, Bill, Mills, Band, Podesta et al are lawyering up
6. The Clinton’s lawyers are reviewing their liabilities and exposures
7. The AG has recluse herself…
8. the NYPD is trading in on the plea deal with Wiener…
9. Certain members of congress are researching their files for anything they may have e-mailed the Clintons
10. Wall street execs at Goldman for example are reviewing all e-mail to the Clintons
11. All foreign connections are reviewing their e-mails to the Clintons
12. All MSM outlets are telling their reporters to review all email to the Clintons, their foundation etc
and it goes on… it is elbows and Ars* time all over the circle….Everyone is in panic mode not just on WikiLeaks, judicial watch but 650,000 emails across at least 16 years is going to be explosive…
Oh BTW add in the DOJ itself….

The Clintons have often been accused of murdering those who stand in their way. It seems that Anthony Weiner believed this was true. He kept his copies of emails about Hillary and her FBI investigation in a folder named “life insurance.”

We’re starting to think this might actually happen. We just came from SoCal where the media was all in for Hillary, of course, but the mood overall, especially among the active duty military was very hostile to Hillary.
