I have a fellow Conservative Christian friend who is a forest ranger. He explained the difference between Environmentalism and Conservationism. It appears to be another of those Left vs. Right things. I was glad to learn it, because I do care about the environment, but had become uncomfortable calling myself an Environmentalist.
