Oh my, how times change. In the late 60’s Jan Wenner launched “Rolling Stone”, the flagship of radical politics masked as a music fanzine, to promote cultural upheaval, anything anti-establishment and flipping a finger at the status quo. Fifty years hence, its mission accomplished and roles reversed, RS and all its trademark sanctimony has become the status quo. Wenner is now the establishment. Time he starts flipping himself off.
