While there, they will watch demonstrations of special operations capabilities, tour the base facilities, receive a briefing on the selection and training of America’s most elite special operators, speak to military personnel and families to thank them for their service and sacrifice, and visit with students who live on post.

RACISM: Margaret Sanger would be so proud! – Democratic state Rep. Janine Boyd wanted an amendment added to Ohio’s new heartbeat bill that would have allowed African-American women to abort up to 20 weeks.
Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger described immigrants and minorities as “human weeds,” “reckless breeders” and “spawning … human beings who never should have been born.” Sanger also wrote about getting rid of people with diseases and disabilities through sterilization and segregation, describing these “morons” as “a dead weight of human waste.” Adolf Hitler admired Sanger tremendously and patterned his own eugenics’ policies after her writings.
ASSISTED SUICIDE: New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed into law a bill targeting elderly and disabled people that legalizes assisted suicide statewide. Six other states (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, and Vermont), plus Washington D.C. permit the dangerous practice of allowing physicians to write lethal prescriptions to certain groups of persons to kill themselves. Not too surprisingly, these states are all dominated by Democrats.
NOT A LEGAL PERSON: Calla Hales is an abortion activist who is on the board of directors of the North Carolina affiliate of NARAL. She is also the director of Preferred Women’s Health Clinics, a chain of abortion clinics in North Carolina and Georgia. Hales says newborn babies under the age of 30 days should not be counted as “legal persons” entitled to protection under the law.
Chuck Schumer condemned the Born-Alive Infant Protection Bill, calling it a “bogus” Republican issue. Hmmm … kinda like that “not a crisis” thing on the border, right, Chuckie?

SMOLLETT: Chicago makes good on its threat – The city of Chicago filed a civil lawsuit against Smollett on Thursday in an effort to recoup city funds spent on investigating Smollett’s allegedly false hate crime hoax. The lawsuit reportedly stated that the civil complaint against Smollett “pursues the full measure of damages allowed under the false statements ordinance.” The city could get back a lot more than the original $130,000 they were seeking. And the rest of us might finally see some justice done.

BIOLOGY: God’s amazing creation – From 2015 to 2016, NASA astronaut Scott Kelly lived on the International Space Station while his identical twin, NASA astronaut Mark Kelly stayed on Earth. This gave researchers an uncommon opportunity to study the effects of long-term weightlessness on the human body.
According to their results, published Thursday in Science, Scott experienced a number of changes that Mark did not. Most of those changes went away after Scott returned to Earth. The long stint in space, the researchers say, produced some unexpected changes—but did not lead to any clinically significant health differences.
