My latest update from the campaign trail.

TRUMP’S CAMPAIGN $$: Democrats are beginning to worry about President Trump’s 2020 war chest, which is larger than any other sitting president in history at this point in the campaign.
In 2016, Hillary Clinton outspent Donald Trump 2-to-1. But 2020 is a different story. President Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee’s fundraising arm have a combined $158 million on hand. And Democratic operatives are worried.
“The resources [Trump] has will be put to work anywhere and everywhere that he feels like he can scare up electoral votes, and Democrats will never catch up. It’s just too much money,” said Democratic strategist Chris Lippincott.

PARTY REALIGNMENT: The Democratic Party loves to present itself as the party of the ordinary working Joe. And maybe at one time that was true, but no more. Today’s Democratic Party represents the wealthiest Americans.
Republicans have become the party of the working class, according to new research by the Wall Street Journal. These changes are likely the result of the parties shifting their positions on trade and immigration.
Democrat’s loyalty to the über wealthy is no doubt behind Schumer’s plan to force a vote to repeal the relatively new cap on the state and local tax (SALT) deduction that was one of the signature successes of President Trump’s fiscal agenda.
The cap has forced states with punitive tax rates to live with the consequences of their mismanagement. Schumer wants that cap removed so that once again his wealthiest constituents in high-tax New York State can once again pay less tax.
DEMOCRAT ELITES: Hypocrites [1:04].
IMPEACHMENT HOAX: In one minute [1:15].
WARREN: [4:29] – Elizabeth Warren has been catching flak from her fellow Democrat presidential candidates over her refusal to say how she will pay for her $30 trillion plus Medicare for All plan.
She’s using the same strategy she has used when caught falsely claiming to be Native American and having been fired for being pregnant. Deflect and delay.

KAMALA: She’s an ardent supporter of baby killing – “We need to declare it a priority.” Alabama’s pro-life laws are “completely out of touch with reality.” Without legal abortion, “women will die.”

BETO: Ouch! Tell us what you really think! LOL – “Robert Francis O’Rourke and his sad little presidential campaign … suffered a little setback on Tuesday night when the gentleman who advertises himself as ‘Beto’ tried out some tough-guy shtick on Pete Buttigieg, who is, whatever else you can say about him, a veteran of the Afghanistan campaign, one who rightly pointed out that he doesn’t have to prove his ‘courage’ to the idiot son of a well-connected El Paso political family who has done almost nothing with his life other than show himself a reasonably effective fundraiser in the family business.” – Kevin Williamson, National Review
