BORDER: Big donors are lobbying Republicans to ‘moderate’ their positions and cooperate with Democrats on immigration legislation, according to a new report from Politico.
“Some [GOP] donors are also encouraging Democrats to simply go it alone through reconciliation on immigration if Republicans can’t get on board,” Politico’s Olivia Beavers wrote.
Conservative writer Pedro Gonzalez said these donors don’t care about how immigration affects the family or the country. “To change the GOP, you’re also going to have to go to war with these donors,” he said.
One of my kids lives in Texas. She told us years ago that the Republicans were as bad as the Democrats on allowing illegals in, because they like the cheap labor.

If our immune systems have absolutely no difficulty recognizing and launching an attack on two viruses that are 22% different, then it’s absurd to say a tiny 0.3% mutation is a problem.
Statistics show that the vaccinated are actually more at risk from the variants than are the unvaccinated. In the UK, 59% of the recent Delta variant deaths were among the vaccinated. Sixty of the dead were fully or partially vaccinated; 44 were unvaccinated.
In America, the government stopped counting how many of the vaccinated caught the disease after the number hit 10,000. At that time, deaths among the fully vaccinated were at 535. Fauci forbid we should actually keep track of just how useless and deadly these materials are.
HYPOCRITES: While federal Democrats push to eliminate the minority Republicans’ right to filibuster, Texas Democrats are staging a filibuster-style walkout to prevent the majority Republicans from voting to overhaul the state’s election laws. On Monday, 51 Texas state Dems (who took oaths to uphold their offices) fled the state (in a private plane) to deny the chamber a quorum. Lefties are celebrating them as heroes!
The two bills bills a massive majority of Texans want passed would ban drive-thru and 24 hour voting options and change some voting identification and voting-by-mail rules. But sure, let’s say these are JUST LIKE entire states seceding from the nation to preserve their right to own slaves, something that led to America’s bloodiest conflict ever.

JOHNSON & JOHNSON: After 100 confirmed cases of Guillain-Barré (gee-YAH-buh-RAY) syndrome, the FDA is adding a warning label to the J&J coronavirus vax.
Guillain-Barre is a rare disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks the nerves. Weakness and tingling in your extremities are usually the first symptoms. These sensations can quickly spread, eventually paralyzing your whole body. In its most severe form Guillain-Barre syndrome is a medical emergency. Most people with the condition must be hospitalized to receive treatment.
The exact cause of Guillain-Barre syndrome is unknown. But two-thirds of patients report symptoms of an infection in the six weeks preceding. These include respiratory or a gastrointestinal infection or Zika virus. There’s no known cure for Guillain-Barre syndrome, but several treatments can ease symptoms and reduce the duration of the illness. Although most people recover from Guillain-Barre syndrome, the mortality rate is 4% to 7%. Between 60-80% of people are able to walk at six months.
Some patients may experience lingering effects from it, such as weakness, numbness or fatigue. My father had it. The weakness on the left side of his face persisted for years before he died. He had to tape his left eye open and wipe his cheek frequently to dry the tears.

OHIO: Three pro-life organizations announced yesterday that they are asking the Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost to initiate criminal proceedings against The Northeast Ohio Women’s Center, an abortion facility located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
In June, pro-lifers found the remains of a dismembered, second trimester fetus along with bloody sheets and cannulas, full urine cups, and multiple documents showing more than 30 patient names (some with contact information) inside an unsecured dumpster. But statistics show that the risk of death is eight times greater among the fully vaccinated than it is among the unvaccinated.
