FLORIDA: A federal appeals court upheld a Florida school district’s traditional bathroom policy in a landmark ruling that separating school bathrooms based on sex in no way violates Title IX anti-discrimination rules. The practice of having separate restrooms for girls and boys “advances the important governmental objective of protecting students’ privacy in school bathrooms and does so in a manner substantially related to that objective,” wrote Judge Barbara Lagoa for the majority.

WISCONSIN: Election Watch, a Wisconsin election integrity watchdog organization, has discovered that more than 150,000 votes cast in the 2020 presidential election cannot be connected with a valid address.
Of these, 45,000 involved people who were living out of state. Former Wisconsin resident Jacob Alldredge says he allegedly voted in Wisconsin. But he had moved to, registered in, and cast his vote in Tennessee. IOW, somebody stole his name and cast a fraudulent ballot.
Biden allegedly won Wisconsin’s electoral votes by less than 21,000 votes.

GRAMMY NOTES: When I was young and single, I drove a school bus. When I was between runs, one of the single guys asked me to ride along with him. He was kind of a jerk, so I don’t know why I went. But I did.
He dropped off his little group of kindergartners for their afternoon half-day, then carelessly got his bus into a bad spot where he would have to back up … something we were taught to avoid, because buses have such enormous blind spots behind them.
This moron started to just slam the bus into reverse when I said, “Wait! I’ll spot you!” and ran to the back of the bus. A late-leaving morning kindergartner was walking across the parking lot, likely on his way home for lunch. It shook me deeply to know how close that innocent little boy came to being killed that day.
I’ve thought of that so often since then and wondered about how much evil God prevents that we don’t know about!
